Lorry Smashes into Shophouses After Collision with Car on Jalan Besar Road

A viral video surfaced on November 25, 2025, showing the aftermath of a serious accident between a car and a lorry on Jalan Besar Road. The car sustained damage to its right bumper, but the lorry suffered much more severe damage. The lorry was filmed completely off the road, resting on the pedestrian walkway, having crashed into and damaged at least two structural walls of the adjacent shophouses near a local eatery.

The extent of the damage to the shophouses raises concerns about structural integrity. It remains unknown if any drivers or pedestrians were injured in the collision. Authorities are expected to investigate the cause of the accident, which resulted in the heavy vehicle veering dangerously off the road.
