Woman Han Feizi in Viral Confrontation Video Sentenced to Jail for Disturbance at Singapore Hospital



Han Feizi, a 29-year-old woman involved in a viral video confrontation with a police officer, has been sentenced to five weeks and five days in jail, along with a fine of S$600.

Han faced charges related to incidents at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), where she caused a disturbance, and at The Sail at Marina Bay, where she was belligerent with security personnel.

She also faced charges under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act for falsely declaring her occupation.

Han pleaded guilty to five of the charges, while three other charges were taken into consideration.

She expressed remorse and apologized during her sentencing.

The judge emphasized her behavior was inexcusable, especially when others were trying to help her.

Her jail sentence was backdated to her arrest on October 11, 2023.
