In a recent island-wide anti-drug operation spanning from 19 to 29 February 2024, the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) apprehended 119 suspected drug offenders.
Seizures included heroin, 'Ice', cannabis, ketamine, New Psychoactive Substances (NPS), 'Ecstasy', LSD stamps, and cocaine, with an estimated street value of $343,000.
Among those arrested was an 18-year-old girl for drug trafficking.
Additionally, CNB officers thwarted a knife-wielding suspect during a raid in Clementi, arrested four Singaporean men for drug trafficking in Clementi Avenue 2, and detained a 23-year-old man and an 18-year-old girl for suspected drug trafficking via Telegram.
Investigations into all suspects are ongoing.
