On the night of 24 July 2025 at about 10:30pm, a terrifying incident unfolded at a public rental flat in Sengkang. A woman who had recently moved into the flat with her child shared a viral video and testimony online, revealing that a male stranger had approached her unit, screamed loudly outside her door, and forcefully opened it. The man allegedly vandalised her property, including smashing her CCTV, and even damaged her neighbour’s flowerpot.

Fortunately, the woman and her child were not home at the time. She described the act as deliberate and deeply unsettling, questioning if their home had been targeted.
