A tragic incident unfolded in Singapore as firefighters battled a blaze at Block 131C Canberra Crescent on Saturday.
The fire, originating from a bedroom, claimed the life of an unidentified man found in the unit.
Three individuals from neighboring flats suffered smoke inhalation, with one woman hospitalized.
Around 30 residents were evacuated as a precautionary measure.
