Singapore Customs conducted a successful operation in Jurong West Street 81, seizing 68 cartons of duty-unpaid cigarettes and cash amounting to $3,290.
The driver, a 42-year-old Chinese national, was arrested, and further investigations revealed his involvement in a larger illicit trade network.
